Any Affiliate that engages in spam or in promoting prohibited products or services in connection with their Affiliate Account with Stimul-Cash.com by any means will have their affiliate account terminated, and may lose entitlement to any or all affiliate commissions due to them. The site owner will be held liable for any and all damages and/or losses that may result as a consequence.
The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, program source codes and other matters related to the Web site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such material or any part of the Web site, except as allowed under "Limited Right to Use" below, is strictly prohibited.
